Our boutique Smokehouse opened in Pialligo estate in June 2013. we have been awarded best bacon of the year by Australian pork in 2014 and 2015. our Smokehouse has won over 52 national awards. We use a traditional northern European style of smoking offering natural products that showcase the best of the region.

All of the ingredients used to semi-cure or marinate the produce is hand crushed and is free of artificial colouring or flavours.
