‘Bringing the farm to Floriade’

Pialligo Estate is excited to deliver a very special edition of our hand-crafted cuisine to visitors from home and abroad at Australia’s largest flower show, Floriade.
Our chefs have put their heads together to design a diverse menu which includes traditional lamb and chicken roasts to share, roasted garden vegetables, leafy salads and fresh baked bread, live cooking stations, grazing platters, delectable desserts and a very special high-tea from Friday to Sunday.
We welcome group bookings throughout the course of the four-week event, during opening hours and on request before 9:30 or for after 5:30pm. We can’t wait to welcome you to the Pialligo Urban Café as we deliver a unique culinary experience within this iconic Canberra institution that is Floriade.

Pialligo Urban High Tea @ Floriade
High Tea will be served every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the event from 2:00pm until 5:00pm.
Our chefs have designed a menu the whole family can enjoy with a selection of fresh pastries, cucumber and dill mayonnaise finger sandwiches, Pialligo smoked salmon mousse finger sandwiches and hand-made Pialligo pork sausage rolls.
Barista coffee and a selection of herbal teas and infusions will be served in pots with bone china tea cups. Alcoholic beverages are available on consumption.
